What is Nigerian Work Force? Nigerian Work Force is a service that connects sellers with buyers.Buyers use Nigerian Work Force to find skilled contract Sellers anywhere in the world. Much like an auction, buyer projects are posted and interested Sellers(providers) bid on them. Who uses Nigerian Work Force? Service buyers are generally people accross the globe who are looking to find a reliable Sellers to have a job done for them either home(Nigeria) or abroad. Nigerian Work Force was founded in 2008. Our goal is to create a reliable platform where Nigerians can trust to create work flow therebye create jobs for Nigerians both home and abroad. Nothing, it's 100% free to join Nigerian Work Force as a buyer or a professional. There are no subscription fees, no membership fees, no volume minimums and no upfront costs of any kind. You pay only when you use Nigerian Work Force. Buyers pay Nigerian Work Force an US $15 access fee for each work order they send. The total work order value is reserved from the funds in the buyer's account, and these funds are transferred to the Seller after the Jobs/Projects has been completed to specification. Sellers pay Nigerian Work Force a fee of 10% of the Job/Project total. How do I learn more or get started? To learn more, check out our online tutorial. If you'd like to get started on your own, you can sign up for a free account or begin by finding a seller anywhere in the world. How does the rating system work? Both buyers and sellers have the opportunity to give a recommendation and comment at any time after a job/project has been accepted. These ratings represent buyer and seller reputation and appear as a percentage of 100. When a buyer selects a seller, their aggregate rating is displayed along with their total ratings in a particular service category. Service pros view the aggregate buyer rating prior to accepting a project/job. Can I have a buyer and a seller account at the same time? Absolutely. Many of our most successful buyers are companies that have seller account as well. Because Nigerian Work Force has world wide coverage, seller have the ability to become a global company in just a few minutes. Do I have to submit my resume to become an Nigerian Work Force seller? Seller sign-up is completely online. Just click on signup and fill out the profile information, including your skills and industry certifications. You can also complete a voluntary background check and drug test through Nigerian Work Force, which we will add to your profile (some buyers require this for their contract service providers). If I live outside the United States, can I use Nigerian Work Force? Yes. Buyers and Sellers from around the world use Nigerian Work Force to find contract service professionals anywhere in the world.
